My introduction to Motives® Cosmetics

27 Jan

Spring 2010 I purchased my first digital SLR and took up photography as a hobby. It was during this time I discovered cheap make-up and poor skin care are extremely visible and can make people look terrible. I was using a mixture of products, some high end, some stuff from Sephora and some drugstore items -but I wasn’t happy with my look. I was constantly reapplying my make up, sweating it off and photo shopping and editing all of the pictures of me.

I started looking for alternatives and I was introduced to Motives® Cosmetics by Loren Ridinger in June. I immediately fell in love with the products and started slowly replacing what I had with items from her line. Eventually my friend and Motives® consultant Eny Duncan suggested I look into starting my own business.

A light bulb went off in my head! I love make-up, I love discussing make-up and this a line I LOVE. In October 2010 I created Beauty By Grace,  retailing cosmetics and skin care products. It’s been fun, I  began retailing to my friends and family but now I’m ready to branch out and build new relationships and help more women or men.

I have an agenda and it’s to make you beautiful! I don’t care if you’re a naturalist, the occasional make-up wearer or a diva. I don’t even care if you are a male or a female. If you have skin I have products and simple solution that will benefit you.

What’s next? I will create foundations and mineral powders perfectly matched to skin tone and skin type. Free consultations beginning March 1st. I am very excited about this next step in my business – Here’s an informative video on the Motives line, custom blend and some beauty advice:

Check back soon because I will be creating tutorial vlogs.
